Martha Stewart: Egg and Caviar Dip

Ingredients:

 

  1. 2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped (about 4 1/2 cups)

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except roe in a bowl
  2. Spread evenly in a 9-inch gratin dish or pie dish.
  3. Top with roe in a single layer.
  4. Serve immediately with crackers.
