A large pearl ranging in color from luminous gold to tawny amber with a unique nutty flavor and buttery finish. This caviar provides a rich, creamy taste with a smooth and silky finish, making it the creme de la creme of caviar. 

Monarchs devoured this traditional caviar in the 15th century, and today it is still fit for royalty. When it is time to celebrate, this is your go-to caviar. We don’t pair this with Dom Pérignon for no reason.

Every product is packed fresh to order and has a 4-6 week shelf life, unopened and refrigerated. Once you open the product, you will want to enjoy within 3-4 days.

Caviar Tips

Air and heat are detrimental to caviar. To maintain the top quality of your caviar and roe, please store it in the coldest part of your refrigerator. The caviar will remain fresh for up to 4 - 6 weeks, refrigerated, and unopened.

Metal has an unpleasant effect on caviar. We recommend using Mother of Pearl, glass, wood, horn, or gold for serving. Serve on ice to maintain the optimal caviar quality for you and your guests.

The best way to open your caviar tin is to use a strong, flat-edged tool between the lid and base of the in, slowly twist. Once the caviar has been opened, please enjoy it within 4 days.
