Join us Thursday, August 13th for next Virtual Caviar Tasting on Instagram Live! We will be going back to the basics and indulge in roe and caviar!  We are so excited, Chef Kim Alter from Nightbird will be joining us!

We will start delivering or shipping your caviar sampler flight starting Tuesday, August 11th.

Every product is packed fresh to order and has a one week shelf life, unopened and refrigerated. Once you open the product, you will want to enjoy within 3-4 days.

Caviar Tips

Air and heat are detrimental to caviar. To maintain the top quality of your caviar and roe, please store it in the coldest part of your refrigerator. The caviar will remain fresh for up to 4 - 6 weeks, refrigerated, and unopened.

Metal has an unpleasant effect on caviar. We recommend using Mother of Pearl, glass, wood, horn, or gold for serving. Serve on ice to maintain the optimal caviar quality for you and your guests.

The best way to open your caviar tin is to use a strong, flat-edged tool between the lid and base of the in, slowly twist. Once the caviar has been opened, please enjoy it within 4 days.
