+ Once I place my order, how long will it take to receive my product?

We ask that you allow for a 3 to 4 day lead-time. In order to ensure the freshest product possible, each tin is specially packed for you once you place your order.

+Can I pick up my order if I live in the Bay Area?

Yes, we are conveniently located in San Francisco’s Marina district. If you submit an inquiry via our contact form or email us at indulge@thecaviarco.com we can help coordinate the most convenient pick up arrangement possible.

+How much does shipping cost?

Due to overnight shipping costs, we charge a flat rate of $30 per order. An additional
$15 will be added for Saturday deliveries

+How much caviar do I need to order?

We recommend 1oz per person.

+How should I serve my caviar?

There are many different ways to serve your caviar. We always recommend to keep it simple. You can accompany your caviar with blini, water crackers or potatoes. Other additions include crème fraîche and chopped hard boiled eggs.

+How long does the caviar last?

If stored properly, our caviar is guaranteed for up to 4 weeks, unopened. Once you open the caviar, you will want to enjoy within 3-4 days. We recommend storing the caviar in the coldest part of your refrigerator under one of the frozen ice packs it what shipped with.
