Nothing pairs better with decadent caviar than a smooth blend of delicious wine! On May 13th at 6:00 pm PST, join us for a virtual tasting featuring our friends at Cuda Ridge Wines.

Indulge in a savory duo of domestic and imported caviar paired with a 2018 Semillon and 2020 Rosé from Cuda Ridge Wines!

The Caviar Co. founder, Petra Bergstein, and events coordinator, Tess Roletti will walk you through each caviar along with Larry Dino - Cuda Ridge Wines Founder and Winemaker and Harrison Miller - Cuda Ridge Wines Marketing Manager.

This virtual tasting experience will take place via Zoom as you indulge through each pairing and the team answers all of your caviar and wine questions!

The last day to purchase your caviar for the tasting is May 10th. We will begin to ship and deliver your caviar starting May 11th.

A few days prior to the tasting event, you will receive an email with the Zoom meeting information.

Caviar Tips

Air and heat are detrimental to caviar. To maintain the top quality of your caviar and roe, please store it in the coldest part of your refrigerator. The caviar will remain fresh for up to 4 - 6 weeks, refrigerated, and unopened.

Metal has an unpleasant effect on caviar. We recommend using Mother of Pearl, glass, wood, horn, or gold for serving. Serve on ice to maintain the optimal caviar quality for you and your guests.

The best way to open your caviar tin is to use a strong, flat-edged tool between the lid and base of the in, slowly twist. Once the caviar has been opened, please enjoy it within 4 days.
