As part of our Caviar Tasting Series we have released our new Caviar Tasting Flight!  

Join us Thursday, July 9th for a virtual caviar tasting on Instagram Live!  We are bringing you a NEW caviar that we have not tasted through yet!

We will be inviting Chef Jason McLeod from San Diego. He is a Chef/Partner in many amazing restaurants, some include Ironside Fish and Oyster, Born and Raised, Morning Glory and Raised by Wolves.

20% of these sales will be donated to their employee relief fund!

We will deliver or ship your caviar sampler flight starting Tuesday, July 7th.

Taste the difference between a selection of caviar, fun pairings and ask the owner your caviar questions!  All you need to do is follow us on Instagram and we will see you at 3pm PST.

Every product is packed fresh to order and has a one week shelf life, unopened and refrigerated. Once you open the product, you will want to enjoy within 3-4 days.

Caviar Tips

Air and heat are detrimental to caviar. To maintain the top quality of your caviar and roe, please store it in the coldest part of your refrigerator. The caviar will remain fresh for up to 4 - 6 weeks, refrigerated, and unopened.

Metal has an unpleasant effect on caviar. We recommend using Mother of Pearl, glass, wood, horn, or gold for serving. Serve on ice to maintain the optimal caviar quality for you and your guests.

The best way to open your caviar tin is to use a strong, flat-edged tool between the lid and base of the in, slowly twist. Once the caviar has been opened, please enjoy it within 4 days.
