It's safe to say the last year and a half was not easy for any company, including small businesses. When it comes to the food industry, we know first hand how hard the impact of the pandemic has been. When the world shut down, we knew we had to pivot and help out those who have been our backbone from the beginning- chefs. 

During the onset of the COVID19 outbreak, we pivoted from our original tasting room experience to create a way for customers to indulge from the comfort and safety of their own home- while still giving back to the community. When we launched our Virtual Tasting Series, we partnered with several of our chefs to help spread restaurant awareness. In the end, we were able to donate 20% of proceeds back to our restaurants. Some of the restaurants that we were able to work with and give back to include Singlethread,  Michael Mina, Nightbird and Gravity Tavern

Now, virtual caviar tastings have become an integral part of our business as we continue onto the second half of 2021. These are perfect for company happy hours, virtual gatherings and other celebrations that can bring caviar lovers together from near and far.
