Returns: 

Due to the delicate nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns. Please also note that special orders placed can not be refunded.

If there are any issues with your shipment, you must notify us within 24 hours in order to receive a refund or credit. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Shipping: 

Caviar will ship within 1-3 business days Monday - Thursday. If you need caviar by a certain date or wish for Saturday delivery, please email indulge@thecaviarco.com with your order number and desired delivery date.  

All East coast orders must be placed by 3pm in order to ship out same day.  We'll do our best that we possibly can to get you your product in time.

We recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout to protect your order in the case it is damaged, lost or stolen.

Replacement: 

We cannot send a replacement if you did not purchase Route Package Protection, if you entered the wrong address, or if you missed your delivery.

If you do not have Route Package Protection added on to your order, we're happy to file a claim with our shipping partner, FedEx, however, we can't guarantee that FedEx will approve your claim. If your claim is not approved with FedEx, we cannot be held liable or replace your order. We're happy to extend a 25% off code for you to use towards a future order with us.
