Your order will be shipped via Priority Overnight the day before your selected arrival date. We do this with confidence that UPS will deliver the next day. However, we recommend scheduling your caviar delivery a few days in advance, especially if you need it for an event, in case of any unexpected delays with UPS.
All orders must be placed by 2:00 PM PST to ship out the same day.
Please note: If you're ordering 250g or above of caviar, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for fulfillment.
For added peace of mind, we strongly recommend adding SavedBy Package Protection at checkout to protect your shipment in case of loss, damage, or theft during transit.
Due to the delicate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Please also note that special orders are non-refundable.
If there are any issues with your shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or credit. We appreciate your understanding.
We cannot send a replacement if you did not purchase SavedBy Protection, provided an incorrect address, or missed your delivery.
If SavedBy Protection was not added to your order, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with our shipping partner, UPS. However, please note that we cannot guarantee UPS will approve the claim. If your claim is denied by UPS, we cannot be held liable for the loss, nor can we offer a replacement. As a gesture of goodwill, we will provide you with a 25% off code for a future order.
