Your order will ship within 1–3 business days from your date of purchase, Monday through Thursday. If you need caviar by a specific date or would like Saturday delivery, please email indulge@thecaviarco.com with your order number and request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
For tins 250g, 500g, and 1kg, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for preparation to ensure peak quality.
Any changes to your order must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.
We recommend adding SavedBy Package Protection at checkout to safeguard your order in the event it is damaged, lost, or stolen.
Once your order has been entrusted to our carriers, it is out of our direct control. While we cannot assume responsibility for delays or mishandling in transit, our team is always happy to assist by contacting the carrier on your behalf to help resolve any issues swiftly and with care.
Due to the delicate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Please also note that special orders are non-refundable.
If there are any issues with your shipment, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for a refund or credit. We appreciate your understanding.
We cannot send a replacement if you did not purchase SavedBy Protection, provided an incorrect address, or missed your delivery.
If SavedBy Protection was not added to your order, we will gladly assist you in filing a claim with our shipping partner, UPS. However, please note that we cannot guarantee UPS will approve the claim. If your claim is denied by UPS, we cannot be held liable for the loss, nor can we offer a replacement. As a gesture of goodwill, we will provide you with a 25% off code for a future order.
