HOW MUCH CAVIAR CAN I EXPECT TO RECEIVE?

The amount of caviar you receive depends on your chosen membership tier. We offer three levels of membership to suit your preferences and order frequency– each Diamond shipment comes with 6 ounces of black caviar, while Emerald and Sapphire shipments include 4 ounces of caviar and roe.

DO I RECEIVE ANYTHING BESIDES CAVIAR IN MY SHIPMENTS?

Yes! In addition to your carefully curated caviar selections, you’ll receive complimentary accompaniments and exclusive member gifts with every shipment. Each package is designed to enhance your experience, elevate your hosting repertoire, and treat you to the caviar lifestyle. Expect add-ins from spoons and servers to wild smoked salmon or fresh pasta. 

HOW DO I ACCESS MY CAVIAR DISCOUNT?

All year long, our Caviar Club members receive exclusive discounts on all additional Caviar & Roe purchases.  To redeem, just enter the 16-character code on the back of your personal membership card in the “discount code” field during checkout!  For in-store purchases, present your membership card for the promotion to be applied.  If you lose your membership card or do not have it handy, our Caviar Concierge is available to assist.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY SHIPMENTS?

We ship TCC Caviar Club packages on the first Monday of the month via Priority Overnight, so you’ll receive your box on the first Tuesday. We’ll send you a reminder email If you need to adjust your ship date or pause for a month, you may do so by contacting indulge@thecaviarco.com. You'll receive an email notification with tracking information once your package is on its way. 

All members receive a [nonperishable] Welcome Gift upon joining. Diamond members receive their first monthly caviar shipment the month after joining if they join by the 15th of the prior month. Emerald members receive caviar shipments in February, May, August and November. Sapphire members receive caviar shipments in May and November.

CAN I GIFT A CLUB MEMBERSHIP?

Absolutely! A membership to The Caviar Co.'s Caviar Club makes a fantastic gift for any caviar enthusiast. You’ll receive an email from our Caviar Concierge upon purchase of any club membership with a brief questionnaire, including information on whether the membership is for you or someone else. We’ll also set a date and address of your choosing to ship their Welcome Gift.

CAN I BUY MULTIPLE MEMBERSHIPS?

Yes, you can purchase multiple memberships, whether for yourself or as gifts for others. You’ll receive a questionnaire upon purchase where you’ll have the opportunity to fill out your and your gift recipients’ information.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY BENEFITS AT THE TIBURON CHAMPAGNE LOUNGE?

All Caviar Club members receive VIP treatment at our Tiburon Champagne Lounge. Simply reach out to the Caviar Concierge to place your reservation for you, and we’ll take care of it. Diamond members also receive one complimentary caviar flight at the Lounge each month. Simply present your membership information upon arrival to redeem!

HOW DO YOU BILL ME?

You may choose to pay for your yearlong upfront or to pay per shipment. If you choose to break up your payments, we’ll securely store your preferred payment method on file and bill on the 25th of the month prior. You'll receive an email receipt for each transaction. All memberships are set for one year and do not automatically renew.
