San Francisco Oysterfest is the largest Oyster festival on the West Coast. Over 250,000 people have participated to date and over half a million oysters have been relished while enjoying live music all day long. Attendees could purchase oysters topped with The Caviar Company’s signature California White Sturgeon at the Wine & Oyster Pairing Tent.
