A truly sumptuous indulgence, Imperial Golden Osetra is the pinnacle of caviar. Derived from the same species as Osetra, there is only a 10% chance that it will have its signature glittering color, making it one of the rarest of caviars. These large, semi-soft pearls are similar in taste to the Osetra, but with a brinier finish, creating a delicious contrast to the richness of the flavor profile.

Each product is packed to order and handled with the utmost care. Your caviar or roe will retain its quality for 4-6 weeks when left unopened and well-refrigerated. Once you open the product, please enjoy it within 3-4 days.
