For ten glorious days each August, car enthusiasts from around the world converge on the Monterey Peninsula to celebrate the pinnacle of automotive design and engineering.

It's like Woodstock, but with horsepower instead of hippies. Top luxury car manufacturers host lavish parties for their worldwide collectors and global clientele. With so many events in just over a week, attendees are spoiled for choice. Hosts are under pressure to outshine their rivals, with each party striving to be more lavish and memorable than the last. This year, the ultimate accessory for luxury cars wasn't just a custom paint job or rare rims—it was caviar. The Caviar Co. was the belle of the ball, making appearances at 10 exclusive events. Here's a quick recap of their top events for those who couldn't make it.

Motorlux: Where Luxury Cars, Aviation, and Culinary Excellence Collide

This year, Motorlux kicked off the highly anticipated 2023 Monterey Car Week with a bang. The event sprawled across the iconic Monterey Jet Center, creating a multi-sensory journey for guests to experience all night long. Motorlux heralded a new standard for the upcoming week with its selection of multimillion-dollar jets, one-of-a-kind automobiles, and an exquisite culinary adventure that left a lasting impression. While all attendees enjoyed the perks of this lavish event, only a small portion had access to the exclusive VIP lounge and indulged in our delectable lineup of caviar. Executive Chef Sharon Li curated an array of caviar-focused canapés with our Hackleback, Classic White Sturgeon, and Smoked Trout Roe. Royal White Sturgeon and Kaluga Hybrid were reserved for caviar bumps served off their caviar trike.

The Luxury Collection: A Party in the Garden with Rolls Royce

If Motorlux was all about excess, then the Rolls Royce luncheon was the epitome of quiet luxury. Held at the picturesque Gardener Ranch and exclusively for Rolls Royce collectors, it was a welcome respite from the hustle and bustle of Car Week. Guests arrived at Gardener Ranch mid-day, strolled the property, sipped Coupe’s limited edition champagne, and beat the heat under umbrellas on the lawn. We showed our range in activation options by pulling up on their caviar trike and serving bumps straight off the adorable mobile bar. For the Rolls Royce aficionados, we brought out Michelin Chef’s favorite roe, Kaluga Hybrid. The pop and richness of this roe impressed attendees, resulting in crowds flocking around the trike. It was a garden party fit for royalty—just don't tell the Queen.

Lamborghini: An Oceanfront Soiree

For the 3rd year in a row, we joined Lamborghini fanatics and collectors to celebrate the iconic luxury car manufacturer’s 60th anniversary. While the unveiling of the first-ever electric Lambo stole the show, guests couldn't stop raving about our caviar and Moet & Chandon activation. For this annual partnership, we featured our largest selection of the week. Half kilos of Kaluga Hybrid, Siberian Sturgeon, Royal White Sturgeon, and Smoked Trout Roe spread over the bar. Guests topped their favorite caviars on blinis and paired the decadent bites with Moet & Chandon champagne.

The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering: The Crown Jewel in a Whirlwind of Events

As Car Week drew to a close, all eyes were on The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering. This beloved event has become a highlight of the week among industry professionals, collectors, and enthusiasts over the past two decades, and this year’s edition did not disappoint. We were the exclusive caviar purveyor and exceeded expectations with their service. Situated in the culinary lounge next to flowing bottles of champagne. Co-founder, Petra Higby herself, served up bumps of her favorite caviars while chatting with the caviar curious and connoisseurs alike. Siberian Sturgeon and Smoked Trout Roe were on the menu, highlighting the range in flavor and texture the company’s collection has to offer.
