Creamy Roe Dip

This creamy roe dip is a game day essential or the perfect potluck dish, always a crowd-pleaser among friends.

INGREDIENTS

8 oz cream cheese

½ cup sour cream

Juice from 1 lemon

2 tsp chives

Kosher salt, to taste

Black pepper, to taste

2 oz Smoked Trout Roe

Potato chips

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a bowl, add cream cheese and whip (or stir) until completely smooth. Add sour cream, lemon juice, and chives, and season with salt and pepper. Transfer to a serving dish, leveling the top off until smooth.


2. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for about 1 hour.


3. When ready to serve, remove the dip and allow it to sit for about 5-10 minutes.


4. Carefully add an even layer of Smoked Trout Roe over the dip and serve immediately with potato chips for dipping. Enjoy!
