Caviar Pizza Bites

These Caviar Pizza Bites are a fun, grown-up twist on your favorite after-school snack. They keep all the comfort you love but add a little luxury with caviar—perfect for sharing, snacking, or just treating yourself.

INGREDIENTS

½ cup cream cheese

5 whole sun dried tomatoes, preserved in oil, drained

1 clove garlic

10 leaves basil, divided

8 mini phyllo cups

30 grams mozzarella

1oz Siberian Sturgeon Caviar

INSTRUCTIONS

1. In a food processor, combine the cream cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and garlic. Blend until smooth. Tear half of the basil leaves and add them to the mixture, then process until fully combined.


2. Spoon the cream cheese mixture into the phyllo cups, then top each evenly with shredded mozzarella.


3. Bake at 400°F until the phyllo cups are crisp and the mozzarella is bubbly and golden.


4. Chiffonade the remaining basil. Garnish each tart with a sprinkle of basil, then finish with a dollop of Siberian Sturgeon Caviar.


5. Serve and enjoy!
