French Onion Dip

An elevated twist on a classic, this French Onion Dip with Imperial Golden Osetra is perfect for sharing at your next Friendsgiving.

INGREDIENTS

100g Shallot, small dice
75g Aioli
75g Crème fraîche
7g Chives, minced
5g Calçot powder (Or onion powder)

1oz Imperial Golden Osetra

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Sweat shallots down in a little sunflower oil with a pinch of salt until tender. Do this in a covered pan or saucepan, so the shallots cook without browning.

2. Combine aioli, crème fraîche, chives, and calçot powder. Season with salt and lemon juice.

3. Top with Imperial Golden Osetra caviar and enjoy!
