

Whipped Goat Cheese Bites
These bite-sized treats are the perfect starter for any dinner party. Impress your guests with these delicious, crowd-pleasing bites.

INGREDIENTS
10 mini frozen phyllo cups
½ cup (113 grams) goat cheese, softened
¼ cup (56 grams) heavy cream
A few pinches chives, dill, or parsley
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Bake the phyllo cups according to the package directions. Set aside to cool.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk the goat cheese until smooth. While whipping, slowly incorporate the cream and whisk until smooth and fluffy. Add the optional herbs and transfer to a piping bag with a star tip.
3. Pipe the whipped goat cheese into the cooled phyllo shell.
4. Top with Classic White Sturgeon caviar. Serve and enjoy!
