The Fort Worth Wine + Food Festival is the pre-eminent cuisine and beverage festival of North Texas. The event takes place over four days and nights in spring. For the Centerstage dinner, nearly 200 lovers of fine food and wine gathered atop the Bass Performance Hall stage. The Caviar Company was featured with Chef Lanny Lancarte’s creations of American Caviar, Avacado Flan, and Crispy Leak.
