Dirty Water Restaurant & Bar invited The Caviar Co. to be a part of the Clicquot Journey where they were serving Veuve Clicquot’s Yellow Label Champagne. Chef Fissel also created a special menu which included foie gras torchon, bruleed figs, smoked maple glazed pork belly, house made meatballs and pretzels, and Paddlefish Caviar from The Caviar Company.
