What is the difference between "Caviar" and "Roe"?
Caviar refers specifically to sturgeon eggs. Roe includes eggs from other fish such as salmon or trout. Both offer similar texture and flavor, with roe being a more accessible option.
How much do I need for my gathering?
For individual servings or date nights, smaller sizes are sufficient. For gatherings, larger sizes are recommended to ensure adequate portions for guests.
How should I store it?
Keep refrigerated at all times. Consume within a few days after opening for best quality.
What should I serve it with?
Serve chilled. Pairs well with chips, blinis, toast, or seafood. Can also be enjoyed on its own.
How is it shipped?
Orders are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain temperature and freshness during delivery.
