What does a typical day at The Caviar Co. look like?

A typical day starts by reaching out to all of my chef friends to see if they need caviar for the week. From there, I make sure our inventory is up to par, oversee shipping and fulfillment, and make sure our chefs are well taken care of!

What is your favorite type of caviar?

Becca’s favorite caviar is our Kaluga Hybrid because she loves the umami taste and the texture is unmatched; she loves the feeling of each roe popping. Becca noted that chefs love our Kaluga Hybrid “since the texture is so strong, it holds up to heat extremely well giving caviar an entirely new perspective of dish possibilities.”

What does a typical day at The Caviar Co. look like?

Everyday is so different and that’s the best part! I love to work closely with everyone and a typical day usually involves reviewing marketing items, getting ready for upcoming campaigns, photo shoots, and more.

What is your favorite part of your job?

I love how collaborative everyone is and that we can go from chit chat to down to business. We all empower and support each other; seeing our team constantly grow is much fun!

What does a typical day at The Caviar Co. look like?

I start my day with organizing and printing all the new orders that came in while I was off the clock. I then receive our caviar and roe and start to pull the product needed for each order. I make sure all retail and wholesale orders are packaged carefully and delivered or shipped accordingly.

Tell us a little about your job and what your day typically looks like?

My job includes anything from coordinating with my clients on caviar activations, planning partnership dinners with our amazing chefs, and organizing virtual tastings. Each day varies from the next, but I typically start sorting through my inbox, then working on my latest project or tackling outreach, grabbing some lunch, jumping in on meetings, and wrapping up the day!

What is your favorite type of caviar?

My favorite caviar is our Siberian Sturgeon. It's so creamy and cheesy, and it just melts in your mouth. I could eat spoonfuls of it!
