We fondly quip that it's evolved alongside them, trading candy canes for caviar and cola for champagne. It's not just a spot to sample caviar; our menu focuses on fresh ingredients, champagne pairings, and even surprisingly delightful desserts.
Executive Chef Sharon Li takes small plates to a whole new level by thoughtfully pairing them with our wide selection of caviar. Picture this: Prime Steak Tartare crowned with Kaluga Hybrid caviar or a Focaccia Grilled Cheese topped with Royal White Sturgeon caviar. When it comes to libations, our champagne list is tailored to have something for everyone, with big names like Taittinger and Ruinart mingling alongside lesser-known gems like Gaston Chiquet and Larmandier-Bernier. It's a curated collection that's truly impressive. But hold onto your pearls because the real kicker is the happy hour. Wednesday through Friday, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm, we roll out the deal of the week with 30% off caviar service, flights, and champagne bottles, plus $2 oysters to boot.
For those tiptoeing into the world of caviar, the flights are a godsend. With three different varieties to sample, complete with all the traditional fixings, it's a crash course into the delicacy. And thanks to the discount, even indulging in a flight won't break the bank. For connoisseurs who know what they like, our caviar service features all of our caviars in 1 oz up to 4.4 oz, and with the discount, guests can make their caviar consumption a weekly occurrence.
But let's not forget about our oyster aficionados. Chef Sharon's oysters rotate weekly; however, she always focuses on the best oysters for the season. Currently finding her favorites from British Columbia and Washington, and at just $2 a pop during happy hour, they're practically a steal.
