

Basque Cheesecake

Elevate your desserts with a touch of caviar. This creamy basque cheesecake pairs perfectly with Classic White Sturgeon caviar for an indulgent twist.
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs cream cheese
2 cups sugar
6 large eggs
2 cups heavy cream
1 tsp kosher salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Pull cream cheese out of the fridge to bring to temp.
2. Combine the cream cheese and sugar in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer until smooth.
3. Mix in eggs, one egg at a time, and whip with a hand mixer until fully incorporated.
4. Mix in heavy cream and salt.
5. Preheat oven to 445 F.
6. Spray springform pan and line with parchment, spray again with pan.
7. Pour cheesecake batter until full.
8. Bake for 30-45 minutes or until firm.
9. Top with Classic White Sturgeon caviar.
