

White Chocolate Pringles Cookie

Where sweet meets salty, this White Chocolate Pringles Cookie topped with caviar delivers the best of both worlds.
INGREDIENTS
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
¾ cup butter, unsalted, room temp
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk
2 cups white chocolate chips
5.2 oz can Original Pringles
Maldon salt
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Mix butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
2. Add whole egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract, and combine.
3. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt and mix with wet ingredients until incorporated.
4. Fold in chocolate chips until evenly mixed.
5. In a separate bowl, crush the entire can of Pringles into small pieces.
6. Portion cookie dough with a portion scoop and roll each dough ball in the Pringles.
7. Let cookie dough chill.
8. Preheat oven to 350 F.
9. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and bake cookies for 8 minutes.
10. Rotate the tray, sprinkle flaky salt on each cookie, and bake cookies for another 8 minutes.
11. Remove from oven, let cookies cool.
12. Top each cookie with Classic White Sturgeon caviar, and enjoy!
