What do you bring to Lamborghini's 42nd annual Monterey Car Week party, where some of the most affluent and influential admirers and collectors congregate? Caviar, of course. We brought a sampling of domestic and imported caviar and roe for partygoers to taste side by side. The atmosphere at Lamborghini's annual Monterey Car Week party was nothing short of decadent, and cavair was the perfect addition to elevate the luxury experience.

As soon as we brought out our line-up of caviar and roe, guests were drawn to the display and couldn't resist trying each variety on blinis with créme fraîche.

The Smoked Trout Roe was a surprising favorite among many, while others indulged in the Royal White Sturgeon and the Kaluga Hybrid. The ultimate sign of success?
