Farmed Acipenser Gueldenstaedtii, China
A truly sumptuous indulgence, Imperial Golden Osetra is the pinnacle of caviar. Derived from the same species as Osetra, there is only a 10% chance that it will have its signature glittering color, making it one of the rarest of caviars. These large, semi-soft pearls are similar in taste to the Osetra, but with a brinier finish, creating a delicious contrast to the richness of the flavor profile.
Each product is packed to order and handled with the utmost care. Your caviar or roe will retain its quality for up to 4 weeks when left unopened and well-refrigerated. Once you open the product, please enjoy it within 3-4 days.
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and ship Monday to Thursday with UPS Priority Overnight, usually arriving by 1 to 2pm the next day. For 250g, 500g and 1kg tins, please allow an extra 1 to 2 business days for preparation.
Every order is packed in a thermal-lined box: an ice pack on the bottom, your caviar in a protective bubble bag on top, then more ice packs over it depending on the size of the order.
Shipping is $30 to the continental U.S. (Hawaii delivery: $40). For a Saturday delivery, please contact us.
Non-perishable items ship via Ground for $15.
