Native to the West Coast, we source this California delicacy from a local farm near Sacramento; a pioneer of sustainable farming, they recycle their water by irrigating neighboring rice paddies. With a subtle brininess and a clean, buttery finish, it’s hard to find someone who doesn’t love the creamy flavor of Classic White Sturgeon caviar.
Each product is packed to order and handled with the utmost care. Your caviar or roe will retain its quality for 4-6 weeks when left unopened and well-refrigerated. Once you open the product, please enjoy it within 3-4 days.
